Each row summarizes the operation and its current status.
Conform
Checks the loaded patch against the workspace and shows all current issues that must be reviewed before Apply.
Run Conformance Check
Run Conform to refresh the unified diagnostics list. The Issues tab shows all preflight, conform, and validate findings in one tile format.
Use the Issues tab to review results across all stages, then continue to Apply when clear.

Click Run All Diagnostics to refresh all current checks before Apply.
Apply patch
Writes the approved patch changes into the repository files after Conform and diagnostics are clear.
Run Apply to see per-file results.
